Vendors may arrive starting at 9:00 AM Thursday, October 8, and load-in must be complete by noon Friday. The event ends at 6:00 PM Saturday; vendors may pack up and leave after 6:00 PM as they wish.

Thai Grill
Authentic Thai grilled chicken and beef skewers, marinated in Thai herbs and coconut milk and served with peanut sauce. We also offer chicken dumplings served with Thai curry sauce, crispy fried dumplings, delicious combo meals, and refreshing Thai drinks including Thai tea, lemon tea, pink milk, and Thai soda.

Arrival and site access

Friday restock window
The vendor-only restock window is Friday from 6:00–8:00 PM.
Compliance and security
There is no separate event vendor insurance requirement. Food vendors must follow normal food-safety rules and required inspections. Overnight security measures are in place.
